Bonjour tout le monde!!
Pour mon examen d'histoire (2ème année de l'Université), je dois préparer un dossier de sources, malheureusement (pour moi) une de mes sources est en latin. N'étant pas une experte en latin, pour moi c'est plutôt ça

, j'aimerais savoir si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider. J'ai effectué des recherches sur internet, mais aucun traducteur en ligne ne prends plus de deux mots à la fin, et en plus de ça j'ai énormément de lacunes en grammaire. Merci beaucoup et aussi d'avance pour votre aide !!! Virginie

Ad laudem et gloriam altissimi et omnipotentis Dei cuius est revelare suis predestinatis secreta scienciarum, et ad illustracionem eciam doctorum Latinorum quibus est inopia librorum ab antiquis philosophis editorum, Alfonsus, Dei gracia illustrissimus rex Hispanie tociusque Andalucie, precepit hunc librum summo studio summaque diligencia de Arabico in Hispanicum transferri cuius nomen est Picatrix. Hoc autem opus perfectum fuit anno Domini MCCLVI, Alexandri MDLXVIII, Cesaris MCCXCV, et Arabum DCLV. Sapiens enim philosophus, nobilis et honoratus Picatrix, hunc librum ex CC libris et pluribus philosophie compilavit, quem suo propio nomine nominavit.

Je ne suis pas expert en latin (je n'en ai plus fait depuis de nombreuses années) donc je me suis dit je vais te chercher une traduction en anglais ou français.

J'ai finalement trouvé ceci (
je pense que çà correspond à ton texte non ? Si c'est le cas et que tu n'es pas forte en anglais, je demanderai à un des profs d'anglais sur le forum de t'aider pour le comprendre.):

For the Praise and Glory of God, most high and all powerful, to whom belongs the revealing of the secrets of the sciences to his appointed, and for the illumination also of Latin doctors who have need of these books produced by the ancient philosophers, Alphonse, most illustrious king of Spain and of all Andalusia by the grace of God, ordered that this book be translated with the utmost care and the most precise exactitude from the Arabic into Spanish, this book whose title is PICATRIX. This work was achieved in the year 1256 of the Lord, year 1568 of Alexander, 1295 of Caesar, 655 of the Arabs. Indeed, a knowledgeable philosopher, the noble and honored Picatrix, compiled this book from two hundred and more books of philosophy, this book that was called by his proper name.
