Bonjour, j'ai fait un texte en anglais mais je me suis dit que ca ne sert à rien de le mettre car je me suis aidé de traducteur automatique donc ma traduction doit être pas terrible mais la voici :

Normally sterile blood contains germs in certain case, they speak then about bacteremia. Blood culture correspond to the selling in culture of blood to know if it contains microorganisms. Blood is then put in bottles of blood culture for its culture. The bottles are put to incubate in a special apparatus, at the end of 5 days the bottles are known as sterile or positive.
A positivity of the bottle announces that there are germs which push germs present in blood. The identification of the microorganisms responsible for the bacteremia,is later performed.
The sterile bottles do not contain any germ normally. The purpose of the study carried out is to highlight the germs wich could be container in blood but which is not detected thanks to a road repair.
